Gestione clima - Comando fancoil tramite BUS proprietario e tramite dispositivo IR
Le soluzioni Altecon consentono di automatizzare e controllare la climatizzazione qualunque sia il campo di applicazione. Che si tratti di un hotel, di un ufficio o di una abitazione, il fine è garantire il massimo comfort evitando gli sprechi, realizzando in tal modo un concreto risparmio energetico.
In questo tipo di applicazione è estremamente importante evitare gli sprechi poichè questi verrebbero amplificati dato il grande numero di ambienti da climatizzare.
Il software di gestione Service Hotel controlla costantemente la temperatura in camera e la presenza del cliente regolando e ottenendo la temperatura prevista nelle diverse situazioni. Le tabelle delle temperature volute sono liberamente compilate sia come numero sia come tipologia.
La regolazione del termostato in camera è in grado di modificare la temperatura ambiente solo in un intervallo di temperatura stabilito dal gestore dell'albergo.
L'indicazione della temperatura è quella voluta dal cliente indipendentemente dalle impostazioni previste: se, ad esempio, è prevista una temperatura di 22° C con il cliente in camera e l'intervallo di regolazione è di ± 3 °C, la temperatura massima consentita sarà di 25° C. In questa condizione il cliente potrà impostare anche 27°C sul termostato, ma la temperatura reale non supererà i 25°C.
Aprendo la finestra, se il relativo contatto è stato collegato, si interrompere il condizionamento e compare una segnalazione del nuovo stato sia sul display LCD del termostato che sul monitor camere del Software Service Hotel.
Inoltre il termostato cambia automaticamente le temperature richieste al variare dello stato della camera (cliente in camera, fuori camera, camera non venduta).
Il tal modo si realizza un concreto risparmio energetico senza ridurre in alcun modo il comfort del cliente.
La gestione del clima nella building automation interessa ambienti profondamente diversi quali ristoranti, aree comuni, uffici.
Funzionalità molto importante per evitare sprechi senza inficiare il comfort è il supporto delle fasce orarie. Definendo tali parametri è possibile attivare e disattivare automaticamente la climatizzazione nei periodi in cui l'ambiente non è sfruttato.
Ad esempio si potrebbe voler attivare la climatizzazione di un ufficio negli orari di lavoro, disattivandola nel resto della giornata. Oppure si potrebbe voler attivare la climatizzazione di una sala ristorante rendendola accogliente in tempo per l'arrivo dei clienti senza essere costretti ad operare manualmente ogni giorno sui comandi e senza il rischio di lasciare la climatizzazione attiva anche nei periodi di inutilizzo.
È possibile disattivare la possibilità di interagire direttamente con la tastiera del termostato relegando la regolazione della temperatura al sistema o tramite il pc. Ciò consente di inibire la modifica della temperatura impostata e della velocità del fan-coil a persone non autorizzate.
Similmente all'hotel automation, è possibile configurare e sfruttare i contatti finestra se presenti, disabilitando la climatizzazione nel caso in cui vengano aperte una o più finestre.

È possibile interfacciarsi direttamente, tramite il computer, ai sistemi con bus autonomo come Daikin, Mitsubishi, Sanyo ed LG.
Il Software Service Hotel comunica tramite interfacce e protocolli appositi direttamente con i fancoil.
Questo tipo di comunicazione è utilizzato in alcune soluzioni base della gamma di soluzioni Altecon.
L'interfacciamento verso i fancoil può avvenire, nelle soluzioni sprovviste di Centralino IOIP tramite un dispositivo IR emulante le funzioni del telecomando.
Il termostato Altecon è di uso semplice ed intuitivo;
Può essere perfettamente integrato con la gestione dell'impianto fornendo il servizio ai soli ambienti interessati e solo quando necessario;
La commutazione estate/inverno è centralizzata e comandata dal computer;
Dal computer si hanno informazioni operative e statistiche utili per ottimizzare l'impianto (quali il grafico dell'andamento delle temperature nel tempo);
Si possono gestire in automatico le valvole di piano chiudendo la relativa valvola quando non c'è nessun comando fan-coil e riaprendola quando almeno un fan-coil di un ambiente del piano è comandato;
All'apertura di una finestra si interrompe automaticamente il comando con segnalazione sia su pc, sia su termostato;
È possibile agire da remoto mediante il pc sulle impostazioni del termostato.
Il termostato si presenta con un display LCD per rappresentare la temperatura in gradi centigradi nell'intervallo 15°C - 30°C, il display rappresenta anche i gradi Fahrenheit nell'intervallo 60°F - 85° F.
Il sistema Altecon è dotato di diversi parametri e caratteristiche:
La temperatura è costantemente monitorata e variata in funzione dello stato e dell'utilizzo dell'ambiente;
Ogni tabella ha una "programmazione avanzata" per definire il tipo di elemento attivo (fan-coil, valvola, ecc.);
È possibile definire fasce orarie di utilizzo, attivando quindi la climatizzazione solo in periodi definiti;
Lo scarto da 0 a 7°C è definito come "range di regolazione". È possibile regolare la temperatura solo entro più/meno questo intervallo (ad esempio ±4);
Gli altri parametri programmabili quali Guadagno, Comando Fw, Tempo di campionamento, ecc. sono impostazioni molto specialistiche effettuate all'attivazione dell'impianto.

In the Hotel Automation, it is quite important to avoid energy wastes, that would be amplified given the great number of rooms to air condition.
Service Hotel Software constantly control the room temperature and the presence of the guest, and obtains the expected temperature in the different situations. Tables of wanted temperatures are freely filled both in numbers and type.
By adjusting the room thermostat you can change the room temperature only within a range set up by the hotel manager.
The temperature that appears is the one requested by the guest independently from the settings: e.g. if the temperature with guest in room has been set to 22°C and the temperature range is ± 3 °C, the maximum allowed temperature is 25°C. In this situation, the guest can set the thermostat to 27°C, but the room temperature will never exceed 25°C.
When the window is opened and a window contact has been connected, the air conditioning is interrupted and the situation is reported both on the thermostat LED display and on the monitor of the Service Hotel Software.
Air conditioning must be controlled also in other different environments, such as restaurants, common areas, offices.
The utilization of time slot (turns) is very important to avoid energy wastes without affecting the comfort. By defining the appropriate parameters, air conditioning can be automatically activated and de-activated in the periods when the environment is not used.
E.g. the air conditioning can be activated in the work hours of a office, and de-activated in the rest of the day. Or, the ac in a restaurant could be activated before the customers arrive, without having to operate manually every day and to leave the air conditioning active when the restaurant is closed.
If the temperature is automatically set by the system or the computer, the guest may be inhibited from adjusting the room thermostat himself. That prevents unauthorized people to change the room temperature or the fan coil speeds.
As it happens in the hotel automation, window contacts can be configured and used to de-activate the air conditioning.
AC control - Fan coil control via proprietary BUS and IR device
Via the computer, interfaces can be made to systems - using autonomous buses - like Daikin, Mitsubishi, Sanyo and LG.
The Service Hotel Software directly communicates with the fan coils via interfaces and dedicated protocols.
This type of communications is used in some basic solutions of Altecon's solutions.
In the solutions not equippepd with of the IP Central Unit fan coils can be interfaced via an IR device that emulates the remote control functions.
The thermostat is easy and intuitive to use;
It can be perfectly integrated with the whole installation while providing the service only to specific rooms and when requested;
Summer / winter switching is centralized and computer controlled;
Operative and statistical reports are provided by the computer , that are useful to optimize the whole installation (e.g. the time / temperature graph);
Floor valves can be automatically operated, by closing the relevant valve when there is no fan coil activated,and by opening it when at least one room fan coil is being operated;
The air conditioning is interrupted when a window is openend with a report sent both the thermostat and to the computer;
The thermostat can be remotely controlled from the computer.
The thermostat is equipped with a LCD display representing the temperature in the 15°C - 30°C interval; the display can be switched to use Fahrenheit degrees, in the 60°F - 85° F interval.
Altecon system has the following parameters and characteristics:
The temperature is constantly monitored and changed depending on the status of the environment;
Each table has an "advanced programmino" to define the type of active element (fan-coil, valve, etc.);
Time slots can be defined, when the AC is automatically activated;
The interval 0° - 7°C is defined as "adjusting range". The temperature can be adjusted only with this range ( e.g. ±4° );
The other programmable parameters, such as Gain, Control, Control Fw, Sample Time, etc, are very specialized settings done at installation activation time.
